One 

Schedule Consultation 

To schedule a  consultation visit our Consultation Page 

 

Consultations are by appointment and take approximately 1 hour. Consultations 

are held at our rental show room located at 803 King St. Bristol CT, 06010.  If you are planning from out of state or on a limited time schedule,  we will be more than happy to set up a phone or facetime consultation. 

It's helpful, but not necessary, to bring the following  following with you to your consultation:

  • Pictures of flowers or floral designs that  simply love. Pictures of designs you don't like are also helpful. Visit our online portfolio, Instagram or facebook to see our past work for inspiration.

 

  • Pictures of  the dresses, mens attire, or any color swatches  that you are trying to coordinate your flowers with.

 

  • A list of all the people you would like to supply with corsages, boutonnières and bouquets  with. 

 

  •  ​A tentative list of places or areas that you would like to decorate or incorporate  florals, Such as escort table, cake, ceremony site,​ bathrooms and dinner tables. 

  • Your favorite peeps, The people who support you and your vision. 

Visit The Studio

During your initial visit, we'll go over types of flowers, design styles,  your color palette, budget and more. This will help Melissa better understand your vision, and help her narrow down what flowers and designs you'll love the most.  

 

At this time you'll also be able to  view our extensive portfolio and our rental collection.

We promise you'll have fun and enjoy developing your custom design plan.  We don't offer packages because getting to know our clients is the core of creating an artful and customized floral experience. 

 

Before you leave, Melissa will present you with a detailed proposal which will itemize and describe the flowers and design styles that you have chosen for your event. If for some reason she has to to do some research, your quote will be sent with in 5 days.  

Three 

Save Your Date 

A retainer of $500 or 20% of the floral details  (which ever is greater)  and a signed contract is required to save your date. We will put your date on a complementary

hold for 5 days. After that, dates are not guaranteed without a signed contract & retainer.  The retainer is applied to your balance and puts your event on your calendar. 

 

We offer flexible payment options as well as the option to make a payment through our website.  We understand that ideas and plans can change, making our floral quotes flexible to meet your needs, even after saving your date. 

Four 

Final Meeting 

6-12  weeks prior to your event,  a final consultation will be scheduled. This can be done over the phone or in person, which ever works best for you.  Any adjustments you need to make can be made at this time and all details will be finalized.

 

Final payment is due 4 weeks before your event date.  Delivery times and locations will also be finalized at this time and a detailed delivery time line will be created for you.  

 

We are always a phone call or email away if you have questions or concerns before this meeting.  We ask that you make this meeting in advance because our schedule fills up fast.
