One
Schedule A Phone Call
To schedule a consultation visit our Consultation Page
Complementary consultations are held virtual, via phone or Facetime and take approximately ½ hour. This first step helps Melissa get to know you and learn your floral needs and style and that our team is a good fit for your vision. This is the start of creating your custom floral design plan and where the flower magic begins.
If you prefer to meet in person, before booking, we offer or signature style session for $300 and in person consultations for $50. Fees are credited to your balance if you hire us for your date.
We don't offer floral packages because getting to know you is the heart of creating an artful and customized floral experience for you and your guest.
Before we chat, It is helpful to gather the following info.

Email Melissa pictures of flowers or floral designs that simply love. Pictures of designs you don't like are also helpful. Visit our online portfolio, Instagram or facebook to see our past work for inspiration

A list of all the people you would like to supply with corsages, boutonnières and bouquets with.

A tentative list of places or areas that you would like to decorate or incorporate florals, Such as escort table, cake, ceremony site, bathrooms and dinner tables.

Save Your Date
Two
A custom, floral design plan will be sent to you for your approval, along with an image board, and break down of pricing. If you would like Stylish Blooms to be your floral team, a retainer of $750 or 20% (whichever is greater) and a signed contract is due to save your date. Your date will put on a complementary hold for 7 days. Dates are not guaranteed without a signed contract & retainer. The retainer amount is applied to your balance and
puts your event on our calendar.
We understand that ideas and plans can change, making our floral quotes flexible to meet your needs, even after saving your date.

Three
Visit The Studio
Melissa will schedule an in person meeting 3-4 months before your event date. This is best to schedule after you have had your final details meeting with your venue/caterer. During this time we'll refine and finalize your floral design plan, review design choices and go over rough delivery times and locations. This also can be held virtual if you are planning from out of town.
At this time you'll also be able to view our extensive rental collection and pick out any items your heart desires.
Please bring the following with you:

Your favorite peeps, The people who most support you and your vision.

Pictures of your dress, wedding party attire, or any color swatches that you are trying to coordinate your flowers with.

Any changes you have to make
We ask that you make this meeting in advance because our schedule fills up fast.

Four
Final Payment
Final payment is due 4 weeks before your event date. Delivery times and locations will be finalized at this time and a detailed delivery time line will be created for you.
You'll be able to sit back and relax knowing Melissa, and the Stylish Blooms Team, will create stunning florals and installs for your celebration.
