4 Easy Steps To Seeing Your Style Bloom......
1. Either call us at 860.392.8045 or email us at weddings@stylishblooms.com to set up your complementary consultation. We travel to you for your consultation and they can be held at either your venue, a local coffee shop, in your home or at another location of your choosing. This method helps to keep our overhead down and our prices affordable. Consultations are held at your convenience any time of day 7 days a week. You will meet with Melissa, the owner. Times and availability will vary depending on our event schedule. Most consultations will last between 1 and 2 hours.
We will bring every thing from pictures, flowers, vases, swatches, samples and more to make your consultation as stress free as possible. If you are out of town consultations can be held over the phone or via Skype. Please fill out the pre-consultation form before your consultation.
Its helpful, but not necessary, to bring the following
following with you to your consultation:
- Pictures of flowers and floral designs that you feel capture your style or you simply like. The easiest way to find pictures is on-line or in bridal magazines. If you find pictures of flowers and styles you do not like bring those as well. Make a notation on the pictures as to what you like or dislike about them. This will help us understand your style even better.
- If possible, a picture of the brides dress and attendants dresses and any color swatches that you are trying to coordinate your flowers with
- A list of all the people you would like to supply with corsages, boutonnières and bouquets with.
- A tentative list of places or areas that you would like to decorate or incorporate florals, Such as escort table, cake, ceremony site, bathrooms and dinner tables.
During your consultation we will help guide you in to choosing the best flowers and designs to complement our style and accent the season of your event.
2. With in 3 business days we will send you a detailed proposal which will itemize and describe the flowers, styles and designs you selected for your event and all cost associated with making your style bloom.
3. A deposit of $200 or 20% of estimate (which ever is greater) is required to save your date no later than 3 business days from the presentation of your floral quote and signing of our contract. After 3 business days we reserve the right to book based on the order in which we receive deposits. We offer flexible payment options as well as the option to make a payment through our website. We understand that ideas and plans can change, making our floral quotes flexible to meet your needs, even after making your deposit.
4. Four weeks prior to your events date a follow up consultation will be scheduled. This can be done over the phone or in person, which ever you choose. Any adjustments need will be discussed a this time and all details finalized. The delivery times and locations will also be finalized. Final payment is due at this time.*
